The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). Here we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website and business activities: If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions saved with us. Newsletter

Customer Data
In order to use MO.Point’s mobility services, we are legally required to review and process personal data, in particular drivers’ rights. In addition, we collect and process information on address, place of residence and means of payment as well as voluntary information. To improve the service and for scientific purposes, anonymized usage data is collected, evaluated and processed. These are processed by MO.Point Mobility Services GmbH as well as by commissioned service providers. By signing the MO.Point contract of use you agree to the processing of the data. Data processing is thus carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (Consent). Customers who register for the services of MO.Point will have access to a digital booking platform. MO.Point uses  booking platforms of third-party providers. The relationship with the booking platform providers is based on the EU Data Protection Directive. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs. 3 TKG as well as of Art. 6 Abs 1 lit a (Consent). A corresponding contract data processing contract was concluded with the provider.
